We offer delivery across West Malaysia with an applicable surcharge. Customers are also welcome to arrange their own transport, such as Lalamove, or opt for self-pickup.
Note: We do not provide manpower for loading and unloading on-site unless requested. If requested, a surcharge will apply.
- Yes, an additional deposit is required when renting scaffoldings, whether for new or existing orders. If you add items, the deposit amount will be adjusted, and you will need to pay the balance.
- No, we do not have a minimum order quantity.
- Yes, you can rent scaffoldings and will be billed monthly. However, for small quantities, we recommend purchasing instead of renting.
- One set includes:
- 2 pieces of frames
- 2 pieces of cross braces

- Yes, depending on available stock.
- Transport is charged separately based on location and quantity.
- For accurate quantity estimates, we recommend consulting with your installer. While we can assist with preliminary calculations, please note that we are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the estimation. For the best results, rely on your installer’s expertise.
Yes, we provide site visit, green tag inspection, installation, and dismantling on-site services.
You may share your site requirements with us, or provide the measurements of the setup area in (L × W × H) together with the access height, and we will assist in estimating the required quantities for a clear space.
If the site conditions are not clear, a site visit may be required. This will incur an additional charge, which is refundable upon confirmation of order.

Cancellations must be made at least one (1) day in advance prior to the scheduled delivery or service date.
Once the order is in the process of delivery or has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
For orders involving large quantities or pre-ordered materials, cancellation is strictly not permitted once the order has been confirmed, as preparation and allocation would have already been arranged.

Yes, all scaffolding setup must comply with the safety guidelines set by DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia).
Only scaffolding systems that meet the required standards and specifications should be used to ensure a safe working environment. Please note that MS scaffolding is not permitted for use as falsework.
Strict adherence to all safety requirements is essential throughout installation, usage, and dismantling.

- Yes, for large order amounts, a rental agreement will be required to ensure all terms and conditions are clearly outlined.
Yes, the hirer is responsible for providing the necessary manpower or lifting equipment (e.g. crane) for loading and unloading at site.
Please ensure that arrangements are made in advance, as our delivery driver may arrive alone and will not be responsible for handling the loading and unloading process.
Upon delivery, our driver will present the Delivery Order (DO) to your representative.
Your worker is required to check, count, and verify all items delivered against the DO. Once confirmed, the DO must be signed and company-stamped (chopped) as acknowledgment of receipt.
Any discrepancies must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Rental
Yes, you can rent the items for a few days, but the charges will be based on a minimum of 1 month.
All rental items are charged based on a minimum rental period of one (1) month.
Short-term usage (less than one month) is allowed; however, the full monthly rental will still be applied. We do not offer daily rental rates.
If the items are returned before the end of the one-month period, no prorated refund will be given, and the full monthly charge remains applicable.
Yes, the rental period can be extended upon request. Continued usage beyond the initial rental period will be charged on a monthly basis at the prevailing rental rate.
No, the rental rates are calculated monthly, with a minimum charge of 1 month.
No, the rental fee cannot be deducted from the deposit.
The deposit collected is 8x of your rental fee, which is refundable upon the return of all items in good condition.
The deposit is collected to cover any potential loss or damage to the items during the rental period. It ensures the safe return of all items.
Yes, the deposit will be fully refunded if all items are returned without any loss or damage.
Payments
At CK Scaffolding, we offer several convenient payment options:

- Online Transfer (preferably instant transfer)
- PB QR Pay
Please note: We do not accept IBG transfers, especially for urgent delivery requests.
- Yes, the deposit is refundable. We collect a deposit for our renting services, and it will be refunded once all items are returned in good condition.
Returns & Refunds
- Returned items should be in good condition and include all components. Please contact us to arrange the return.
- Your worker needs to hand the items back to the driver. The driver will issue a return bill, and once the items are checked at our warehouse and everything is OK, we will refund the deposit.
- You will receive your refund within 2 working days after your refund request is approved.
Note: A full deposit refund is provided only when all rented items are returned in good condition. If any defects are found upon return, our representative will contact you to reach a consensus.
